returns policy

Mamma Bella wants you to love what you have purchased!

We will gladly refund or exchange if you return your unused item/s in their original condition within 7 days of the invoice date. Any request for refunds or exchanges must be made by telephone (03) 9569 8993 or email returns@mammabella.com.au within 7 days of receiving your items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn). Discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

All customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. If the item needs to be exchanged for a different size, customers are responsible for returning original item to us, and once received, exchanged item will be sent back.

Please include the returns/exchanges slip provided. Please be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment, as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost en route to our store. If you are returning your item for an exchange, please do not forget to include $5.00 for re-delivery within Australia.

We use Express Post satchels to deliver goods. If on the occassion that an item is lost by Australia Post, an investigation will take place between all concerned parties.
